Well,
My apologies for being so lazy and not adding any content at all for nearly 11 weeks!!
After a few weeks overseas, I found that whatever I wanted to contribute could not even come close to what I had experienced overseas.
This is not to say that my life has come to a total standstill, but that I just don't think that anything really interesting has happened that has been worth putting on my blog.

My body has started to fall apart somewhat though. A week or so after getting back to Australia, I was having a run at one of my favourite haunts in Bendigo, One Tree Hill.
After a few ascents up this steep hill, I finished with some stretching against a big gate at the base of the hill. Imagine my shock and surprise when the gate collapsed as soon as I leant against it, causing me to fall down, taking most of the fall to my shoulder.
It hurt a lot at the time but I just thought it would clear up in a day or so.
So, over the next few weeks it progressively got worse and I bit the bullet and got x-rays and an ultrasound done as it has started to affect how I do anything slightly physical (like even lifting a coffee cup!!)
Hopefully the cortisone shots I am getting this week will provide some relief as it is bugging me big time at the moment.
I also got a new tooth, well, a cap to be precise. This was not a cheap exercise, and for the same price I could get a return ticket to Amsterdam!! The darn thing broke on the way home at Singapore airport, so for about two weeks I had the hole plugged with this dental putty, that worked okay, but tasted just like putty anyway. Now I have this shiny gold tooth in my mouth, which will soon be joined by a few more. Not a cheap exercise, but the dentist has assured me that this is better than false teeth. At more than a grand a tooth I don't blame him for giving me this advice!!!

Other than that, all is good. School has been flat out especially as we had a review today where a panel checks all our documentation to make sure we are doing what we say we are doing. A lot of work was put in by a lot of people, and thankfully we received a glowing report.

At the end of this week it is school holidays, so hopefully I can add some meaningful content to get my readers back.

Don't forget, comments are always welcome!!

Cheers!
